Natural face masks and healthy eating are incredibly beneficial to our skin, but at times we can forget one piece of the puzzle. Water is an absolute necessity to anyone’s diet. I understand, with our busy lifestyles we sometimes forget to drink 4 liters of water a day. Personally, I love to infuse my water with a variety of fruit, it makes a great addition to my skincare routine. One of my favorite fruits to add in are apples. Apples improve digestion and have powerful antioxidants that will make your skin glow. Vanilla extract will help with skin inflammation and will add a fantastic taste to your water.

Adding lavender to your water will relieve stress, improve sleep, and alleviate skin irritation.

Dehydration is the enemy of great, clear skin. Water relieves fatigue, will improve your mood, aids with digestion and flushes out toxins. We rely heavily on water intake and it is crucial to drink ask much water as we can throughout the day. It is recommended that we drink a gallon a day!

Get creative: Instead of apples, you can add cucumbers, strawberries, lemons, or blueberries!

Tip: Fill up a reusable bottle of water every morning and take it with you wherever you go.

Drinking water every day is important and should always be part of your daily routine. I love making infused water but adding a variety of fruit to my diet also increases my moisture intake. Track the amount of water you drink every day. You’ll start to notice your skin getting healthier and rejuvenated every day. Water will boost your productivity and keep you alert.
