It benefits the immune system, makes me feel energized, and is a great alternative to coffee. My go-to recipe when I’m feeling under the weather (or any time!) is my apple cider vinegar tea. It helps support the immune system and is a great drink to start off your day. In addition, the ingredients will be greatly beneficial to your health. Apple cider vinegar is possibly one of the most useful ingredients I’ve used. Here are a few benefits of apple cider vinegar:
